Paw Posse
Paw Posse has its own transport van to help animals from across the Rio Grande Valley find homes anywhere in the country. This van has been on many transports out of the Rio Grande Valley, with over 1200+ dogs since November 2013. This van has seen many miles and as long as we're able to help get another dog to safety it will see many more to come!

We have partnered with the pawsome trainers over at Petcademy to offer every new adopter with 30 days FREE training access. It’s kinda like having a trainer in your pocket! There are videos and courses to watch to further your knowledge. Plus, adopters can text Petcademy with any specific questions they have, and a real live certified fear free trainer will respond within 24 hours to help out. After the 30 days is up, adopters can just discontinue use with no consequence OR you can buy a year subscription to continue service and 20% of that comes right back to Fetch to help us continue saving dogs. Win-win!
Charlie’s Legacy Dog Rescue Inc saves at-risk dogs in San Antonio, TX. Texas is majorly over-populated with dogs and even when dogs find Rescues the often end up in them for a long time because there are not a lot of great adopters looking for new family members. That is where Fetch comes in. We help by taking great dogs that have not been able to find homes in Texas and place them with fosters or adopters here in Wisconsin.
Here is a little information about how Charlie’s Legacy Dog Rescue Inc. got started: Charlie’s Legacy was born out of an adventure I took transporting dogs from San Antonio Pets Alive in 2014. I saw a great need and a very small amount of individuals helping in San Antonio. In November of that year I met Charlie. Charlie was a skinny, scared dog who just happened to end up on the streets. It took me, my husband and my son-in-law 3 hours to get him in my car. Charlie is the best dog, he is house trained he is very obedient, and loves other dogs, but continues to be frightened of people. When my family suggested that we take him to Animal Control, I was crushed. I knew Charlie would never survive that environment. I knew his fear would lead to his demise. We had a rocky road keeping Charlie with us. Charlie started me on my rescue adventure and he is still alive and lives with me, my husband, Lulu and Molly (both rescue dogs who have also remained with me). Charlie is the best dog I have ever had. So Charlie’s Legacy is a living legacy and I hope it remains so for a long time.
The Bissell Pet Foundation works hard with shelters and rescues to make it possible in finding dogs their forever homes. By partnering with them, we may be eligible for grants through them, which in return, would help our rescue save even more dogs, making it possible for them to have a second chance at life. We couldn't be happier supporting such a giving, caring foundation who has the same goal we do; provide rescue and love to these animals, especially when they may be feeling hopeless.
